Terms of Service

Effective: October 16, 2026

1. Presale stage

UICanary is currently in development and has not launched yet. These terms cover the presale deposit described below. Full product terms will be published at launch.

2. The $1 presale deposit

• The deposit is a one-time payment of $1 USD made through our checkout page.
• It reserves early-bird pricing of $19/month, locked for life, for the UICanary Pro plan once the product launches.
• The deposit is not a subscription and does not recur.
• The deposit converts into account credit toward your subscription at launch, unless refunded (see §3).

3. Refunds

• If UICanary does not launch, every deposit is refunded in full — no questions asked.
• You may also request a full refund of your deposit at any time before launch by emailing zyy@xingqingnet.com.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider.

4. Future subscription

After launch, the Pro plan will be billed at the early-bird rate of $19/month for deposit holders (regular price $38/month). Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you keep access until the end of the billing period. Detailed subscription terms will be published at launch.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, acting as Merchant of Record (legal seller), which handles payment processing, tax calculation and invoicing.

6. Acceptable use

Once launched, you agree not to misuse the service (e.g. attempting to disrupt the service or using it for unlawful purposes). We may suspend accounts that violate this.

7. No warranty (presale)

The presale page describes a product in development. Feature descriptions and timelines are plans, not guarantees — which is exactly why the deposit is fully refundable.
