Privacy Policy

Effective: October 16, 2026

1. What we collect

• Contact information you give us — e.g. your email address when you join the waitlist or contact support.
• Payment information — processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card numbers; Creem handles payment processing, tax and invoicing.
• Product data (in the future) — when UICanary launches, the service will store screenshots of your web pages and visual baselines in order to detect regressions. Screenshots are only created from URLs and viewports you configure.

2. How we use it

To process your presale deposit, send product and launch updates, provide support, and — after launch — operate the visual regression service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service: with Creem for payments and tax compliance, and with infrastructure providers (hosting, email). We disclose data if required by law.

4. Data retention

Presale and waitlist records are kept until you ask us to delete them. Product screenshots and baselines follow the retention setting of your plan, and you can export or delete them at any time.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing zyy@xingqingnet.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
